About Donna

Donna Valverde is SOC’s  Data, Evaluation and Quality Assurance specialist, supporting data collection and quality delivery of outreach services and programs. She enjoys looking for areas of improvement to reduce gaps and increase quality. As a former deaf education teacher and a mother of two deaf children, she understands how critical high-quality services and resources are needed for deaf and hard of hearing children.
