Thank you for your interest in 2019 Summer Camps & Programs!
The Registration Process: (opens on December 15, 2018)
Unfortunately, we are not able to serve children who are not deaf or hard of hearing. We have limited bed space, staff, and resources. Also, we want to be sure we are giving each child who attends an experience which is uniquely designed for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The supervisors of every department will provide you with their contact information so you can contact them about any questions or concerns you have at any time. Also, every dorm is equipped with videophones which a child is able to use to make calls to their legal guardians.
Each program has a "What to Bring" checklist of recommended items. Please be sure to include any medications or special items your child needs.
Participants may call their legal guardians any time they choose when in the dorms using available videophones and telephones. Participants may also use their personal pagers, phones, etc. during their free time. (Please see the Student Electronic Devices Policy which can also be found under Required Forms). At any time during the day or night, if a participant insists on speaking to his/her family, staff will assist in placing a call.
You are encouraged to send family pictures, a favorite bed pillow, etc. that may help your child feel more at home while in the dorms. Also, participants may receive packages and mail during the time they are at Summer Programs. Please mail packages to the Summer Programs Coordinator at:
