Thank you for your interest in Summer Programs for 2018!
The Registration Process (The registration will open on Dec 1st, 2018)
Unfortunately, we are not able to serve children who are not deaf or hard of hearing. We have limited bed space, staff, and resources. Also, we want to be sure we are giving each child who attends an experience which is uniquely designed for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The supervisors of every department will provide you with their contact information so you can contact them about any questions or concerns you have at any time. Also, every dorm is equipped with videophones which your child is able to use to make calls to and receive calls from you.
Each program has a "What to Bring" checklist of recommended items. Please be sure to include any medications or special items your child needs.
Children may call their parents any time they choose when in the dorms; we have videophones and telephones for their use in the dorms. Children may also use their personal pagers, phones, etc. during their free time. (Please see the Student Electronic Devices Policy.) At any time during the day or night, if a child insists on speaking to his/her family, staff will assist the camper in making that call.
You are encouraged to send family pictures, a favorite bed pillow, etc. that may help your child feel more at home while in the dorms. Also, children may receive packages and mail during the time they are at Summer Programs. Please mail packages to the Summer Programs Director at:

ATTN: Child's First and Last Name*/ Program or Grade
*Please be sure to include the child's full name on the outside of the package so the Summer Programs Director can ensure delivery to the correct child.
